CogniAgent - Social Content & Competitor Intelligence Pipeline

I built a content pipeline that turns ideas into fact-checked copy, on-brand images, and review-ready posts. A separate agent monitors competitor accounts across five platforms and feeds new opportunities into the pipeline.

Signals and evidence
  • Brand voice and visual-style guidelines as the single source of truth for every draft
  • A multi-agent chain - strategist, copywriter, fact-checker, image-prompter, image-QA, packager - each owning one stage of a post
  • The cogniagent-technical skill, built from CogniAgent's own product documentation, as the fact-checker's grounding source
  • OpenAI's image API for on-brand visual generation
  • Competitor profile URLs across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • The Playwright browser MCP for live, no-API competitor monitoring
Execution and results
  • Built an end-to-end content pipeline - idea → copy → fact-check → image → QA → review-ready bundle - gated by a deterministic validation check before anything reaches approval
  • Grounded every draft's fact-check against real CogniAgent documentation, not the model's assumptions, catching product-accuracy errors before they reach review
  • Kept publishing manual by design: the system produces upload-ready bundles, not autoposts, so a human makes the final call every time
  • Built a competitor-scout agent that reads live posts across five platforms, diffs them against what's already been seen, alerts on anything new, and writes up the gap where the brand could stand out
  • Solved the login-wall problem with a persistent browser session, unblocking competitors that were previously unreadable
  • Drove a 30% increase in engagement while automating 99% of the pipeline end to end, with zero missed competitor moves since launch

Reels Hook Generator

Content wasn't failing because of the idea - it was losing people in the first few seconds. I built a hook generator that analyzes attention-grabbing openings from selected creators, identifies the patterns behind their performance, and uses those insights to create hooks for any topic - designed to stop the scroll, increase engagement, and accelerate audience growth.

  • A structured database for storing transcripts, hooks, creators, and performance data
  • An analysis layer to identify recurring patterns, language, pacing, and psychological triggers
  • A generation workflow that combines these insights with the user's topic, audience, and content goal
Execution and results
  • Built the complete workflow from creator selection and content collection to hook generation
  • Used Whisper to turn spoken Reel openings into searchable, structured transcripts
  • Analyzed successful hooks to uncover the patterns driving attention and engagement
  • Created topic-specific hooks inspired by proven structures without copying the original content
  • Built a simple interface for reviewing, comparing, and refining generated openings

The Flower-Mask Experiment

I turned an unexpected idea into a product, and found people willing to buy it.

I created masks from flowers, shaped the story around them, brought the idea to market, and sold them as NFTs. Long before I called it positioning or zero-to-one marketing, I was already testing what makes an unfamiliar product desirable. The project was also published in Slanted 43, a magazine focused on international design and cultural creation.
